From facilitating our quarterly leadership days, to 1:1 coaching of members of the leadership team there is no doubt Shelley's passion, fun and expertise has left a long-lasting positive impact. My most recent experience of being a participant in the "Personal Resilience Program" was no different to my past experiences; fun, engaging and a great ability to make the complicated simple, enabling everyone to walk away with knowledge and useful strategies. Thanks Shelley”
"Thoroughly enjoyed Shelley's Resilience program. The program was engaging and provided practical steps in an easy to follow manner for me to stay on top of my game!"
“Shelley thanks so much for running your resilience course. I was so happy to be part of it.
What I loved so much was the content and relaxed yet very professional and engaging style that you deliver. Its designed for any individual or group who wishes to get back to basics, learn important tips to help be more mindful and present. I would totally recommend this course to anyone who wants or needs to "soft reset" on their day to day activities. Stay awesome!”
“I really enjoyed Shelly's virtual resilience program. It came just at the right time and allowed me to take some time out of crisis work mode and think about how I can be more resilient and how I can help others. I enjoyed the virtual program and the ability to do over
a few days and not in one sitting. It gave me more time to reflect and participate and not just return to normal when I walked out the door.”
“Awesome engagement and a great way to learn new mechanisms for how to overcome the feeling of isolation we may be experiencing in our current environment. Highly endorse this course run by the wonderful Shelley Flett! Kept my cup full for the past 4 weeks! Thanks to all the participants who openly shared their own experiences and helped shape me and my views!"
“I really enjoyed being part of Shelley’s online Resilience program. Shelley presents the program information in a relaxed, friendly
and professional manner. I highly recommend it for anyone who just needs a little reset in busy times.”
