FOR LEADERS AND EXECUTIVES LOOKING TO DO DIFFERENT with Strength, Kindness, Confidence and Humility
In this six-month coaching program you will uncover ways to recentre your focus and make progress towards your ideal way of living, working and leading.
The structure of the six-month program involves:
Meeting with Shelley virtually for 60-75 minutes (once a month for six-months) to: build your Curiosity (awareness of self and others); bring more Clarity (in what you want and the actions you take); and, find Calm (in how you approach work, life and leadership). It will also build your confidence when dealing with ambiguity and help to navigate the paradox of leadership.
Participating in a 360 degree feedback diagnostic assessment using Life Styles Inventory (LSI) to understand Constructive and Defensive leadership styles and identify opportunities to adjust and improve.
A second assessment will be offerred at the conclusion of the coaching program to measure progress.
Communicating weekly progress updates with Shelley using Voxer (instant audio recording app).
Owning a clear outcome or goal to work towards and being held accountable to your commitments around that each month.
Receiving online support from Shelley to work through any challenges that come up along the way.
Transformational change takes time. It takes a multi-layered approach where lessons build on each other from interaction to interaction. It is sometimes challenging and quite often uncomfortable - and that’s very exactly what you want.
