Along with facilitating bespoke in-house learning programs for her clients, Shelley delivers a series of dynamic programs that support specific leadership challenges. The programs are known as the Dynamic Leader Pathway and include:

Dynamic Leadership Tutelage : Shelley’s flagship leadership program, run over four weeks with one x 3-hour virtual weekly workshop. This program is ideal for new and emerging leaders or those who have had minimal exposure to leadership training. Learn about communication, time, building relationships, listening effectively, empowering and holding staff accountable without impacting culture. Public program for 2025 TBC

Lead to Connect Program : This program helps equip leaders with the skills to foster deep connections, increase self-awareness and effectively manage emotions. It is run over four weeks with one x 3-hour virtual weekly workshop. It is ideal for leaders wanting to build emotional intelligence and lead through the mode of coaching. Public program commences 7th May, 2024

Lead to Strengthen Program : This program is about embracing feedback and improving personal resilience. It is run over four weeks with one x 2-hour virtual weekly workshop. It is ideal for leaders wanting to overcome workplace challenges and create a feedback rich environment. Public program commences 6th August, 2024

Lead to Empower Program : This program encourages leaders to empower their staff to own their own performance and development. It is run over four weeks with one x 90-minute virtual weekly workshop. It is ideal for leaders wanting to teach others to drive their own outcomes and remain relevant into the future. Public program commences 8th October, 2024
